Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in Cairo. The successful candidate will focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored life insurance and health insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The hybrid setup allows partial work-from-home flexibility, balancing in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, including guiding customers through tailored insurance plans
- Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to provide expert advice on policies and compliance
- Strong background in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Knowledge of Health Insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer customized financial solutions
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
