Onboarding Specialist to join our TA team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other required legal documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all onboarding activities, such as IT setup, access to systems, and office space arrangements, are completed timely and accurately.
- Guide new hires through the necessary paperwork and ensure that all required documents are submitted and recorded appropriately.
- Respond to employees inquiries related to onboarding processes and HR policies, offering guidance and support when needed..
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support in other HR related activities when required.
