Experience & Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a senior role within a DMC, Tour Operator, or Travel Tech firm.
Proven Track Record: Must have led at least one major system implementation (DMC platform, ERP, or booking engine) from conception to go-live.
Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of XML/API integrations, booking flows (B2B/B2C), and travel-specific software (e.g., Tally, Oracle NetSuite).
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science (Master's preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Own the IT roadmap, aligning technology with DMC operations, booking platforms, and back-office systems.
System Transformation: Lead the assessment, selection, and end-to-end implementation of new core platforms and integrations.
Integration Architecture: Oversee API/XML connectivity with suppliers, OTAs, payment gateways, and middleware.
Process Optimization: Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to re-engineer workflows and solve operational bottlenecks through technology.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating technical concepts into business value.
Security & Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, system security, and business continuity.
