Online Orders Speciialist (Exp, Shopify)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Orders Specialist (Exp, Shopify) located in New Cairo. The role involves managing and processing online orders, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, and utilizing Shopify to handle order operations. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, managing customer inquiries, handling all aspects of online order administration, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
• Proven analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and optimize processes
• Proficient in conducting research to improve online ordering processes
• Skills in writing and training to create documentation and provide guidance to team members
• Previous experience with Shopify is required
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce customer service or online order management is a plus
