Online Sales Coordinator

ASBIS Middle East is looking for a motivated Online Sales Coordinator to support and grow our online retail and marketplace business. The role involves managing product listings, coordinating promotions, monitoring inventory, tracking sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities across online retail and marketplace accounts
• Manage product listings, content updates, and new SKU launches
• Execute pricing updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock availability
• Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports with actionable insights
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance teams
• Ensure accurate data, timely issue resolution, and compliance with company processes
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and operational efficiency

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales support, or account coordination
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience working with online retailers, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
