Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are currently supporting a client in the retail and e-commerce space to hire an Online Sales Executive to grow their online revenue across shisha products, tobacco, charcoal, and related accessories.

This is a sales-driven role focused on conversion, follow-up, and daily online revenue generation.

Strong preference for candidates with previous Eastern European experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily online inquiries via website, WhatsApp, email, marketplaces, and social media
  • Converting inquiries into confirmed orders through quotations, promotions, and structured follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate product listings including pricing, descriptions, and availability
  • Creating bundles and promotional offers to increase order volume
  • Coordinating with store and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Updating customers on order status and handling basic after-sales support
  • Monitoring online sales performance and reporting feedback to management
  • Supporting product posting and online engagement to drive revenue
  • Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations related to tobacco and shisha sales

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service
  • Exposure to or experience within Eastern European markets is mandotary
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Organized, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and social media tools
  • Experience in shisha, tobacco, or charcoal products is a plus
