Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Executive, located in Dubai. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries, handling online sales, and providing exceptional customer service and support. Additionally, the role includes working on online marketing campaigns, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through digital channels. The candidate will collaborate closely with the team to align sales strategies with the company's objectives. This role compensation is fixed monthly plus commission on sales.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure excellent client engagement and satisfaction
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is required
  • Exceptional Communication and Sales capabilities to effectively interact with clients and close deals
  • Proficiency in Online Marketing to drive sales and enhance the online presence of the brand
