Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage and oversee the daily operations of our online sales channels within the fashion and apparel industry. The Online Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes across e-commerce activities, from order placement to delivery, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth execution of orders from placement to delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure products are accurately listed and promoted online.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generating regular reports for senior management.
Handle escalated customer service issues related to online orders, delivery, and returns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve website or platform-related issues.
Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for online sales operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Strong understanding of online sales platforms, logistics, and customer service best practices.
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
