This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an OpenText Operations Orchestration Specialist. Responsibilities include monitoring, managing, and optimizing automation workflows using OpenText Operations Orchestration tools. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to enhance operational efficiency, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring best practices are followed in all automation processes. The specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing new processes and workflows to drive operational performance improvements.

• Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Operations Management and Project Management to ensure operational efficiency and meet project timelines
• Background in Sales is a plus, especially in understanding business process solutions and client requirements
• Relevant certifications in OpenText Operations Orchestration or similar tools are strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
