This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Admin located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Operation Admin will oversee daily administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, handle client communications, and ensure smooth functioning of office operations. Responsibilities also include managing schedules, maintaining financial records, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting customer service efforts to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Excellent Administrative Assistance and organizational skills for managing day-to-day office operations and documentation.
• Analytical Skills to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently and contribute to process improvements.
• Basic knowledge of Finance to manage records and assist with financial activities.
• Proficiency with computer systems, office tools, and administrative software is highly desirable.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in operational or administrative roles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
