Operation Analyst – Oil Cargo

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operation Analyst to join our team and take ownership of oil cargo operations from shipment to delivery. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and want hands-on exposure to global trading and logistics — this role is for you.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and manage daily oil cargo shipments end-to-end

• Prepare, review, and process shipping & customs documentation

• Coordinate closely with vessels, terminals, and logistics partners

• Track operational performance and identify efficiency improvements

• Experience in oil & gas logistics, shipping, or cargo operations

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and proactive mindset

• Fluent English (written & spoken)
