The role involves coordinating daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow across departments while supporting restaurant and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Support restaurant/hotel operations including service, staff scheduling, and logistics
  • Monitor operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and stock monitoring
  • Handle operational reports, documentation, and data tracking
  • Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and management
  • Support problem-solving and handle operational issues as they arise
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotel operations
  • Bachelor's degree

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of operational procedures in restaurants or hotels
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
