Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support restaurant/hotel operations including service, staff scheduling, and logistics
- Monitor operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and stock monitoring
- Handle operational reports, documentation, and data tracking
- Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and management
- Support problem-solving and handle operational issues as they arise
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotel operations
- Bachelor's degree
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of operational procedures in restaurants or hotels
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
