Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Retail Specialist. The Operation Retail Specialist will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of retail activities. Key responsibilities include driving retail sales, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will require maintaining proper product knowledge and ensuring the retail staff meet team goals. You will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by understanding and resolving customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage
