Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across operations
Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and variability using data analysis
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to improve performance
Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA
Standardize best practices and develop SOPs and process documentation
Support cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements
Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement projects
Train employees on CI tools, problem-solving, and best practices
Monitor improvement results and ensure long-term sustainability
Support change management and continuous improvement culture initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
13 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations excellence
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously
