Operations Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily operational processes, ensuring the accuracy of customer data and transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Review and verify customer documents and transaction data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Process operational transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records within company systems.
- Coordinate with branches and internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational requests.
- Monitor operational workflows and support continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer information and company records.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Microfinance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in digital financial services or microfinance is a plus.
