Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Specialist based in Cairo. The Operational Specialist will handle day-to-day operational processes, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and provide support to enhance the efficiency of business operations. The role includes analyzing and improving workflows, collaborating across departments, and assisting with the implementation of operational projects. The position requires a keen attention to detail, collaboration with various teams, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize operational processes
- Effective Communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and reporting
- Experience in Operations Management and Project Management for driving operational excellence
- Knowledge of Sales processes and strategies to support relevant operations
- Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with banking operations or financial services is a plus
