Job Title: Operations & Accounting Officer
Location: Heliopolis
Employment Type: Part-Time (with possibility of Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations and coordinate with the sales team
- Assist in monitoring inventory and stock movement
- Follow up with suppliers and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales and expenses
- Assist in issuing invoices and receipts
- Support petty cash handling and cash reconciliation
- Coordinate payments with banks and suppliers
- Maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 13 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work part-time on-site in Heliopolis
