Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our Operations Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Your non-negotiable responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication across departments to support efficient business operations.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Streamline Administrative Workflows: Coordinate daily operational tasks, manage databases, and prepare operational reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate on Logistics and Resources: Facilitate communication between different departments and manage the scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
  • Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate operational documentation, client records, and financial data, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Operations Administrator, operations management, or related administrative/clerical role.
  • Strong knowledge of general business software, proficiency in Google Suite (documents, Sheets), and aptitude to learn new applications.
  • Proven ability in multitasking, complex problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
