Job Description

Neo Tours and Events is a professional Destination Management Company (DMC) and Event Management Company based in Qatar, working closely with international tour operators, hotels, venues, and local suppliers. We are looking for an Operations & Administration Executive to support our daily travel and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front accounting support (invoices, LPOs, basic accounting coordination)
  • Preparing and managing operational, travel, and event-related documentation
  • Email communication with hotels, venues, suppliers, transport companies, and third-party vendors
  • Assisting with tour and event operations, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Supporting the management team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintaining organized records, files, and databases
  • Coordinating general office administration duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, operations, travel, or events preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and professional email correspondence
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a DMC, travel agency, or event management company is an advantage
