Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Analyst, based in Riyadh. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.

The Operations Analyst will play a central role in supporting the firm's internal operations, ensuring efficient processes, cross-team coordination, and high-quality execution across all operational areas. The role includes managing internal workflows, improving operational systems, supporting HR structures, developing internal KPIs, and maintaining communication between the operations and investment teams.

The analyst will report directly to the Chief of Staff and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Process Design & Management

  • Collaborate with the automation team to translate processes into efficient automated workflows.
  • Map, document, and maintain all internal processes across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain ongoing communication with the investment team to understand pain points, process gaps, and KPI needs.
  • Act as a bridge across teams to ensure alignment and efficient operational execution.

Communication & Presentation

  • Prepare clear internal presentations summarizing process updates and operational changes.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc operational analyses.

Performance Measurement & KPIs

  • Develop and maintain internal KPIs to track performance and operational efficiency.
  • Build dashboards, operational reports, and performance summaries for leadership.

Internal Tools & Systems

  • Manage and optimize the firm's internal tools and systems (CRM, project management platforms, HR systems, data tools).
  • Ensure systems are integrated, updated, and aligned with operational needs.

HR Process Structuring

  • Build and support HR workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and internal communication.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve employee processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles (VC/PE/startup experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building KPIs and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including presentation development.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and CRM systems is required.
  • Strong ability to understand complex processes and convert them into scalable, automated workflows.
  • Experience with automation and productivity tools (e.g., Pipefy, Make, Power BI).
