Company Industry: Integrated Marketing & Communications Agency
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy, etc.) across Egypt and Saudi Arabia
- Developing and standardizing operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Managing project traffic flow and team scheduling to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring resource allocation to balance workloads and optimize performance
- Analyzing workflow patterns and traffic data to eliminate bottlenecks
- Collaborating with senior management to align operations with agency objectives
- Overseeing procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Leading, mentoring, and evaluating the operations team in both locations
- Creating and managing operational budgets, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Preparing and presenting performance reports with key KPIs
- Ensuring operational continuity through contingency planning
- Supporting high-quality project execution through strong internal collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in traffic/project management within a digital or creative agency
- In-depth knowledge of digital campaign workflows and resource planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, or other project management platforms
- Experience working with multi-office or cross-cultural teams is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
- Location: Agouza, Cairo
