We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin / Secretary Operations to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support daily administrative and operational activities, assist with basic data entry accounting tasks, manage documentation, and work with CRM systems to ensure smooth business operations.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate should be proactive, dependable, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records of company documents
Assisting with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expenses, journal entries)
Managing and updating CRM systems and client records
Organizing and archiving documents (digital and physical)
Supporting daily operational and administrative tasks
Coordinating with internal teams and following up on assigned tasks
Preparing basic reports and summaries when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in admin / secretary / operations roles
Basic accounting knowledge and data entry experience
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
