Role Description

This is a full-time, role based in Dubai. The Operations Associate will oversee day-to-day schedules of field teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company protocols, and effective resource management. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising field staff, monitoring operational SOPs, analyzing KPIs to enhance performance, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to support seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management expertise to oversee and optimize workflows and processes.
• Proven Analytical Skills with an ability to assess data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for liaison with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Finance principles to assist in budget management and financial planning.
• Ability to work in an dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a any related field is preferred.
