Job Description

Position Objectives:

  • Ensure end-to-end quality assurance and acceptance of access network infrastructure and related services.
  • Drive implementation excellence through well-defined inspection, audit, and compliance processes.
  • Establish and enforce acceptance criteria, test methodologies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee multi-level acceptance activities, ensuring timely delivery at site, cluster, city, and regional scales.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove acceptance barriers.
  • Provide governance, reporting, and continuous process improvement for operational efficiency.
  • Enable reliable, high-performance access networks that meet project delivery standards.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Verify vendor quality processes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Define and implement acceptance criteria, test plans, and inspection methodologies.
  • Oversee acceptance of access network sites at site, cluster, city, and regional levels.
  • Review and validate vendor documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor acceptance progress, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues as required.
  • Lead quality audits, enforce corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Manage field inspectors to ensure consistent quality and performance on-site.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for acceptance of applications and related services.
  • Track and report on quality, acceptance, and governance activities.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process enhancements to strengthen delivery.
  • Support customer acceptance processes and align acceptance methodologies.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and best practice sharing across project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering
  • 10+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a quality management role.
  • Proven expertise in major LTE/3G/2G telecom projects at a management level.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, acceptance processes, and audits.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
