We are growing fast and are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to help scale our platform, improve internal workflows, and support rapid expansion across products and experiences.
Role Overview
The Operations& Biz devManager will be the right hand to the founders, ensuring smooth execution across product, events, partnerships, marketing, and growth. You will manage the day-to-day operations of theMatchifyplatform, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stagestartupenvironments.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Product Operations
Monitor and manage theMatchifyplatform daily (user onboarding, profile reviews, activity tracking, issue resolution).
Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely feature releases, bug fixes, and UI/UX improvements.
Maintain operational dashboards and track KPIs
Events Operations
Oversee implementation of the Singles Events Calendar (planning, scheduling, venues, vendors, logistics).
Work closely with the Events team to ensure smooth execution on event days.
Collect post-event data and insights to optimize future experiences
Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with venues, brands, influencers, and communities.
Manage outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and partnership activation.
Marketing & Sales Coordination
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and content calendars.
Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and events teams.
Help manage CRM updates and customer funnels
Growth & Research
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and new product ideas.
Propose and implement growth strategies for acquisition, community engagement, and upsells.
Test and optimize funnel experiments.
Team & Internal Ops
Manage interns and part-time staff; assign tasks, track performance, and ensure accountability.
Improve internal workflows and SOPs.
Support founders with special projects and operations scaling.
Requirements
25 years of experience in operations, events, marketing coordination, orstartuproles.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple priorities.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership without micromanagement.
Familiarity with CRM tools, project management tools, and basic data analysis.
Experience in events or consumer apps is a strong plus.
UAE experience preferred.
