Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic Operations Co-ordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations, coordinating with clients, managing equipment schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department. Candidates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations related to heavy equipment rentals
Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
Assist with scheduling and operational planning
Maintain accurate records, reports, and equipment tracking
Support the sales and operations team in achieving targets
Requirements:
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)

Preferred:
Experience in heavy equipment rental or related industry (added advantage)
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
