About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Contracts Lead to support the Creators & Programs team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational processes, contracts, and logistics that support the successful execution of programs and events.

You will work closely with program managers and internal teams to ensure program operations run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and logistics are well coordinated. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys operational problem solving, and has strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Program Operations & Coordination

Assist the Program Manager in the implementation and execution of programs

Ensure all tracking sheets and internal documents are updated and accurate at all times

Verify that the website calendar reflects correct program dates, timings, and details

Logistics & Operational Support

Coordinate with the Operations Department for logistics including flights, accommodation, and scheduling

Support the planning and execution of program logistics and operational requirements

Contracts & Documentation Management

Coordinate and follow up on proposals, contracts, consent forms, and payment processing to ensure completion prior to program dates

Maintain organized documentation and internal records related to programs and partnerships

Program Administration

Review and approve workshop attendees through the backend system

Support internal teams with program-related documentation and operational processes

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, program support, or operationsExperience handling logistics such as flights, accommodation, and scheduling

Customer service or subscription/membership management experience

Skills & Attributes

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently

Flexible with working hours when required
