Job Title:Operations Coordinator
Department: Operations (Technicians + Customer Service)
Reports To:Operation Manager
Job Location:Fifth settlement Cairo
What Will You DoAs an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in running and improving daily operational performance across the Upper Egypt sector. Your responsibilities include:
Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and job allocation to ensure high service quality.
Support and guide coordinators & technicians to meet service SLAs and operational KPIs.
Monitor daily performance dashboards: SLA, utilization, on-time arrival, FTF, AHT, CSAT/NPS.
Ensure accurate job intake, documentation, follow-up calls, and closure on CRM.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to manage shift plans, workload balancing, and capacity planning.
Handle escalations from customers and technicians, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Conduct daily reviews with the ops team; identify gaps and support corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards in every job.
Track inventory, tools, uniforms, and spare parts movement with full accuracy.
Support onboarding and training of new coordinators and technicians.
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports for the Operations Manager.
What Are We Looking ForWe're searching for someone who combines operational discipline with strong communication and leadership skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
02 years of experience in operations, field services, logistics, or marketplace environments.
Strong background in scheduling, dispatching, and customer coordination.
Experience leading small teams or acting as a focal point for daily operations.
Solid understanding of SLAs, quality metrics, and workforce management.
Tech-savvy: CRM, call systems, spreadsheets, dashboards (Excel/Sheets).
Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
Problem-solver, organized, patient, and comfortable with field presence when required.
Background from service-related industries is highly preferred.
