A boutique, founder-led investment firm is hiring a trusted, high-ownership operator to run the firm's internal engine across office operations, HR administration, contract/legal admin, and company secretarial/governance support. This is a core role where you'll bring structure, control, and pace to a growing business, keeping everything organised, compliant, and execution ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Office Operations
- Own day-to-day office operations, suppliers, facilities, equipment, travel/logistics, and internal service standards.
- Build lightweight, scalable workflows (requests, approvals, procurement, document control).
HR Operations (hands-on)
- Manage HR admin end-to-end: onboarding/offboarding, contracts/letters, employee files, leave/probation tracking, policy support.
- Coordinate hiring logistics: interview scheduling, candidate comms, offers, onboarding plans.
- Support payroll/benefits administration in coordination with Finance/providers.
Contracts & Legal Administration
- Run contract workflow: templates, version control, approvals, e-signature, storage, renewals/obligations tracking.
- Coordinate with external counsel and service providers; maintain audit-ready documentation.
Company Secretarial / Corporate Governance
- Maintain corporate records, authorised signatories, resolutions/minutes, and statutory files.
- Own a filings/licence renewals calendar; liaise with corporate services/PRO partners to ensure nothing lapses.
Requirements
- 510+ years in a combined operations / office management / HR ops / legal admin / corporate services role.
- Proven ability to build systems (trackers, templates, repositories) and raise operational standards.
- Strong stakeholder management with leadership, employees, vendors, and external advisors.
- High discretion and judgement; comfortable handling sensitive matters.
- UAE experience preferred; English essential (Arabic a plus).
