Role Overview
The Operations Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating operational, procurement, financial, and project delivery activities across the region. This role ensures that business processes run smoothly, projects meet Hoist standards, and partnerships are strengthened to drive sustainable growth.
What You Will Do
Operational Support
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to coordinate daily business activities and reporting.
- Ensure operational workflows are efficient and aligned with organizational objectives.
Procurement & Logistics
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager in daily coordination and drive market solutions to accelerate procurement and logistics.
- Explore and implement improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and reliability of procurement and logistics across the region.
Financial Coordination
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely payments to suppliers, distributors, and partners.
Reporting & PMO Collaboration
- Collaborate with the PMO Manager to prepare a reliable monthly forecast aligned with business expectations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting from both Projects and Procurement teams.
Sales Process Oversight
- Review order documentation submitted by Sales to ensure alignment with Hoist standards and client requirements.
- Make firm decisions to accept or reject projects based on compliance with technical and business requirements.
Project Delivery Management
- Oversee all projects deployed by IDC partners across the MEA region, ensuring timely delivery within budget and driving S2R acceleration.
- Deploy and execute Hoist projects as required to accelerate S2R.
- Prepare the required business report to be shared with project stakeholders and the Head of Operations.
Partnership Development
- Conduct monthly meetings with IDC partners to strengthen business relationships.
- Explore the market to identify and onboard new qualified Installation partners who can add value to the business.
Licensing Oversight
- Manage and control all internal and external licenses required for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (master's preferred).
- Minimum 710 years of experience in technical management, operations, or project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and financial coordination.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
