- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth process flow.
- Address and resolve daily operational issues in collaboration with on-ground teams.
- Manage team members and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Generate operational reports, implement corrective actions, and follow up on performance drops.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
