Role Overview
The Operations Executive supports the operational execution of Channel Nexus engagements including vendor onboarding, partner coordination, pipeline tracking, and internal operations. The role requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across vendors, distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor & Ecosystem Operations: Support vendor onboarding, maintain records of vendor engagements, and assist in integrating vendors into the Channel Nexus ecosystem.
Partner & Distributor Coordination: Manage communication with channel partners and distributors, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, and maintain records of partner interactions.
Pipeline & Opportunity Governance: Track vendor opportunities and partner activities, maintain pipeline visibility in CRM or internal systems, and coordinate follow-ups on business opportunities.
Documentation & Process Management: Maintain structured documentation related to vendor engagements, partner agreements, and operational workflows while ensuring accuracy and accessibility of records.
Internal Operations Support: Coordinate internal meetings, action items, and operational tasks supporting vendor programs and ecosystem initiatives.
Reporting & Metrics: Prepare operational reports and dashboards tracking vendor engagement, partner activity, and pipeline progress.
Company Administration & Compliance: Support day-to-day company operations including financial record maintenance, invoice tracking, HR documentation, onboarding coordination, and compliance record management.
Social Media Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external social media agencies on publishing schedules, content approvals, and alignment with Channel Nexus communication strategy.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
36 years of experience in operations, business coordination, or program management
Experience working with technology vendors, partners, or ecosystem stakeholders preferred
Familiarity with operational documentation, CRM tools, and business productivity platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
