Your Role:
You'll be the operational backbone of our business setup operations, ensuring every client journey runs efficiently, accurately, and on time. Manage end-to-end company formation (Mainland + Free Zone)
Liaise with government authorities for approvals, renewals, and amendments, handle residence visa applications (Investor, Employment, Dependent), and support clients with corporate bank account opening
Prepare, review, and maintain all legal and operational documentation and track progress, follow up proactively, close every loop, and collaborate across teams to deliver a flawless client experience
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively
Experience in UAE business setup or corporate services. Strong knowledge of licensing and visa procedures
Excellent coordination and communication skills. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Capable of multitasking and managing priorities under pressure
Immediate availability required. Possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Starting Salary AED 6,500 plus commission.
