We're Hiring | Operations Executive Medical Transfers

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end medical transfer operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between airlines, hospitals, medical teams, hotels, and ambulance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial medical transfer flight bookings, including airline approvals and ticket issuance
- Verify and manage all required medical and travel documentation in line with airline and regulatory requirements
- Arrange hotel accommodations for patients and medical teams based on medical needs
- Coordinate Airport Medical Centre (AMC) bookings and logistics
- Arrange ambulance services through DCAS when required
- Manage return tickets for medical teams and associates in coordination with case managers
- Monitor and control monthly hotel and travel-related expenses
- Prepare monthly operational reports covering flights, hotels, and transfers
- Prepare documentation for medical equipment transportation
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Coordinate medical transfers and assist with direct patient assessments when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations or logistics, preferably in healthcare or medical transfer services
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Experience handling documentation and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
- Willingness to be available on off days and reachable by phone for urgent cases
