Operations Executive

We are partnering with an innovative digital craft studio that create immersive visual experiences for brands across Asia to identify an Operations Associate to join their growing team in Singapore.

Our client is a premier, full-service creative studio that acts as a one-stop creative partner.

From initial concept art and scriptwriting to complex animation, photorealistic visual effects, and immersive interactive media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute seamless onboarding/off boarding processes, handle workstation setups, and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Oversee operational expenses against budgets, manage vendor relationships, negotiate cost-saving opportunities, and consolidate monthly invoices for the finance team.
• Manage the procurement, licensing, and renewals of software and hardware subscriptions while maintaining accurate inventory and handling equipment disposal.
• Ensure a safe, functional, and connected work environment through office maintenance, renovations, and network management, while leading special operational projects.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to Directors and Department Leads, and partner with HR on database management, recruitment coordination, and performance metrics tracking.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience in operations or generalist, preferably in an agency setting.
• Must have hands-on experience with computer hardware(e.g., upgrading RAM, graphics cards) and the ability to diagnose basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• You should have experience with AI tools to automate repetitive manual tasks and optimize workflows.
• Must have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills as this is a people-person driven role.
