Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an Operations Assistant in the Real Estate Development sector. The Operations Assistant will support daily operations, assist in managing operational processes, and ensure the smooth execution of projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules, addressing customer service inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in process optimization and project coordination.
• Proven Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with teams and engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in delivering Customer Service with a client-centric approach and ability to address customer needs effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate development processes and industry insights is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field is preferred.
• Proven atleast 2 years experience in real estate developer.
