Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Sharjah. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and identifying areas for operational efficiency. The role will also involve analyzing processes and implementing improvements to optimize performance, while maintaining high standards of service delivery and quality control.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Proficiency in operations and operations management, with the ability to oversee and streamline day-to-day activities
• Sharp analytical skills for evaluating operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions
• Proven leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a related industry, such as construction, manufacturing, or material supply, is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
