We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end event operations, with strong hands-on expertise in procurement, event booths, and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage event operations from planning to on-site execution and wrap-up
- Handle procurement & vendor management (sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery follow-up)
- Oversee booth/stand production (fabrication, branding, setup, dismantling)
- Manage logistics: timelines, manpower, transportation, inventory, and installation schedules
- Coordinate with creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare budgets, track costs, and ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and venue regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in events operations
- Strong background in procurement + booths/stands + event execution
- Excellent negotiation and supplier network
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure
- Good reporting and planning skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
