Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Camelia Flowers & Events.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree or certification in Horticulture/ Interior Design/ or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong aptitude for Project & Event Management: basic budgeting, scheduling awareness, and strong organizational skills
- A strong awareness of Design Principles
- Technical proficiency in drawing software's and Microsoft Office Suite
- Team Coordination and Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience in operations.
