Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Camelia Flowers & Events.

Qualifications

  • Education: A degree or certification in Horticulture/ Interior Design/ or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for Project & Event Management: basic budgeting, scheduling awareness, and strong organizational skills
  • A strong awareness of Design Principles
  • Technical proficiency in drawing software's and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team Coordination and Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience in operations.
