A reputable multispecialty hospital based in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance daytoday hospital operations. This is a key leadership role focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and crossdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily hospital operations to ensure smooth clinical and nonclinical workflows
- Oversee operational planning, resource allocation, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, administrative, and support services to improve patient experience
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Support executive management in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Monitor KPIs, operational reports, and service delivery outcomes
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience of 4 plus in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient flow, and support services
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and Abu Dhabi Department of Health standards is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
