The Operations Manager is entrusted with a build-and-command mandate. The role is responsible for establishing the Company's operational capability from the ground up, ensuring regulatory readiness, mobilizing resources, and transitioning the organisation from a licensed entity into a fully operational platform. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong execution capability and operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerated Operational Build-Up Design and implement the core operational structure, including SOPs aligned with QCDD, QA/QC and HSE systems, authority readiness, workforce mobilization, and supplier onboarding.
- Go-Live & Controlled Execution-Execute pilot works, validate inspection success, and assume operational control of the portfolio with standardized governance.
- Scale & Institutionalization-Scale manpower and systems, reduce key-person risk, and establish a platform capable of supporting future growth.
- Act as the single point of operational accountability.
- Ensure continuous QCDD compliance
- Protect the Company's license and reputation
- Deliver predictable and auditable operations
- Represent the Company professionally before authorities, clients, and senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years experience in Qatar within fire & life safety, ELV, or MEP operations, including demonstrated experience establishing operations from zero and managing QCDD inspections and portfolio-level operations.
