We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Information Technology to oversee and manage key operational functions across the organization.
This role is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations and leading coordination across IT, Procurement, Facilities Management, Security & Safety, and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, with strong involvement in IT operations
• Ensure seamless coordination between IT, Procurement, Facilities, Security & Safety, and Maintenance
• Support IT governance, systems performance, and digital initiatives
• Monitor performance and improve operational efficiency
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance workflow
• Manage budgets and optimize operational costs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in operations or a related role
• Strong exposure to IT operations and systems management
• Experience managing multiple functions or teams
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Experience in real estate or facilities management is a plus
