About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our Jumeirah, Dubai location. This full-time, on-site role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and excellence across all business areas. You will supervise teams, manage budgets, optimize workflows, and uphold high service standards. Additionally, you will analyze operational performance, implement improvements, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Experience in the hospitality sector or related industries in Dubai is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in pre-opening Asian & Italian cuisine operations and shisha services is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is required; Master's degree is a plus.
