This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of electricity transmission line projects. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, optimizing processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing resources to ensure timely project completion within budget. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity at the plant.

• Proven experience in Operations Management, with a focus on electricity transmission lines or related industries
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, galvanization processes, and project management
• Leadership, team management, and collaboration skills to oversee diverse teams
• Expertise in safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards
