Plan, control and deploy EMX strategic operations plan and effectively manage all resources and processes in the assigned region in order to ensure high service quality performance and maximum customer satisfaction through an optimized and standardized operations process at optimum cost.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize line haul & fleet operations across courier and mail services
- Implement strategic workforce planning to manage peak volumes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Monitor KPIs, service quality audits, and performance metrics
- Develop disaster recovery and contingency procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, IT, and key stakeholders
- Lead and develop operational teams to maximize performance and engagement
- Prepare timely operational and performance reports
Team Scope:
Oversee operations managing approximately 50 staff members (indirect team structure).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- 57 years of experience in operations management within logistics, courier, supply chain, or last-mile delivery environments
- Experience in Quick Commerce operations is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Experience in forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management
- Knowledge of warehouse systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and managing organizational change
