Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, manage change control processes, and accurately define project scope in terms of deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements necessary for execution.
Estimate project timelines and deadlines, and prepare detailed schedules using relevant planning software and applications, identifying scheduled tasks, execution periods, and allocated resources.
Manage project costs and required resources, including planning and overseeing human resources, materials, equipment, and technical staff. Collaborate with cost engineers and relevant engineers to estimate projected costs.
Develop and implement a stakeholder management plan, ensuring effective information distribution and regular updates on project progress.
Prepare, present, document, and archive specialized engineering reports and project progress updates in the designated database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Manage the operations team and ensure the achievement of required operational targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
