Operations Manager
KIDZONET is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage telecom partnerships in Egypt. This role will focus on ensuring smooth daily operations, handling partner coordination, managing invoicing processes, and aligning closely with marketing and internal teams to execute campaigns and events effectively..
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with telecom partners
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and ongoing operations
- Prepare and manage monthly invoicing and revenue reconciliation
- Track performance metrics and generate regular reports
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and events with partners
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, finance, and sales teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of operational issues
Requirements
- Based in Egypt
- 3–6+ years of experience in operations, account management, or telecom-related roles
- Strong understanding of telecom, VAS, or digital services ecosystem is a plus
- Experience with invoicing, billing, and financial reconciliation
- Experience working with marketing teams on campaigns or events is a strong advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Other Requirements
- Experience in emerging markets or working with international telecom operators is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic are required.
