Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
Plan and coordinate deliveries, shipments, fleet movements, and schedules.
Manage drivers, warehouse staff, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor delivery timelines, route planning, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
Track shipments and resolve delivery, transportation, and operational issues promptly.
Ensure proper documentation for shipments, deliveries, and vehicle operations.
Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with UAE transportation, safety, and logistics regulations.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high service-quality standards.
Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce delays.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or operations management.
Previous experience managing logistics teams and daily operations.
Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and transportation processes.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
UAE driving licence is preferred.
Candidates with UAE/GCC experience will be preferred.
