Operations Manager

Royal Inn Hotels & Residences is a Cairo-based hospitality management company specializing in boutique hotel ownership and operations. The company manages two distinctive properties: Royal Inn Residence Nasr City and Royal Inn Residence New Cairo, featuring a combined total of 49 units. Currently undergoing expansion, Royal Inn is adding two additional boutique hotels in Abdeen and Heliopolis. With a strong focus on growth, the company is positioning itself as a key player in Cairo's evolving boutique hospitality market.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position in New Cairo. The Operations Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments. Responsibilities include staff management, improving customer satisfaction, monitoring budgets, and driving operational excellence. The role also involves implementing company policies, maintaining service standards, and collaborating with senior management to ensure continued growth and development.

• Proven experience in Hotel Operations, Property Management, and Hospitality Services
• Strong abilities in Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Team Coordination
• Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Proficiency with property management systems and hospitality-related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
